Customer agrees to perform the obligations set forth by the buyer/seller agreement with the issuer and read, understand and agree to the following information:

If fraudulent credit card users will be prosecuted to the full extent of the applicable law. Parts and models are subject to change without prior notice. The limited warranty extends only to the original consumer and is not transferable. Warranty registration is not required.

Warranty is effective only if:

• The product is completely and correctly assembled
• The product is used under normal conditions for it's intended purpose
• The product received all necessary maintenance and adjustments

• The product is designed for recreational use on paved leveled surface and not suitable for handicapped persons (except medical scooters and wheelchairs)
• Seller is not responsible for damages originating from shipping
• This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, normal maintenance items, or any damage, failure, or loss that is caused by improper assembly, electrical parts, adjustments, storage or use of the product

Seller assumes no suitability of any of these products as to size; color and those others largely depend on personal discretion. Products are not regulated by the U.S. Department of Transportation as motor vehicles (except the gas series in some states) so they do not comply with the federal motor vehicle safety standards but it is customer's responsibility to check with their local authority since the law may vary from state by state. Customer reads and contact us with any questions, he or she might have. Warranty will be void if the product is ever used in any competitive sports, modified, or used for stunt riding, jumping or similar activity.

For how long this warranty last:
On the electric bicycles; 10 yrs on the frame, plastic components are not covered. Other parts are covered for 30 days from the date of purchase. Electrical components excluded. Within this period the seller will replace or fix the product at no charge. Both ways, customer pays shipping.

On any other product:
According to the manufacturer's specification.

How do you get service? Defective merchandise, parts etc. must be returned to us. Upon receipt we will ship the new one (depending on stock availability) or the fixed one. Customer pays shipping.
